Review Module 1, complete the Market Viability Scorecard, and if you don't feel confident you can book your first client - we'll refund your purchase. We only ask that you give the materials a genuine try.

How to Request a Refund
Simple 3-Step Process:
- Email us at jessica@porchtoprofit.com with your refund request
- Include the email address used for your purchase and your order date
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Timeline
- Request Window: Within 14 days of your original purchase date
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we confirm your request
- Credit Appearance: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to the course materials will be revoked
- Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices
- You may repurchase the product in the future at the then-current price
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, we ask that you:
- Have reviewed the Starter Kit materials (specifically Module 1)
- Completed the Market Viability Scorecard worksheet
- Request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase
This ensures you've given the materials a fair chance before deciding they're not right for you.
Refund Review Process
Because digital products provide immediate access, we review each refund request individually. Our guarantee is designed for customers who genuinely tried the materials but found they weren't the right fit - not for those seeking free access to our content.
We track download activity and reserve the right to decline refund requests where patterns suggest abuse, including:
- Downloading all materials immediately after purchase, then requesting a refund
- Repeated refund requests (purchasing and refunding multiple times)
- Evidence of sharing or distributing course materials
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for a refund
The vast majority of refund requests are processed without issue. We simply ask for good faith on both sides.
